Apologies, don't know the specific model details. Essentially, one of the headphone speakers has stopped working, with sound only coming through one of them. Occasionally, the bad speaker will work work again, if you jiggle with the opposite speaker, but not for long. I suspect an internal cable/wire is loose. Online research suggests this is common.
Any ideas how much a repair would cost?

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
