Therefore you now have 3 options:
1. Your device will need to be returned to you, as such there is a standard service fee that applies. You will receive a separate Email with the Invoice and payment details, after successful payment the device will be dispatched within 1 working day.
2. If you wish to obtain an estimate for an out of warranty repair you can simply log in to the customer portal and select "Request Estimate" . If you agree to the given estimate we will proceed with the repair and the standard service fee will be waived.
3. If you wish us to recycle the unit please you can simply log in to the customer portal and select "Recycle" . The standard service will be waived and no further payment is required.
