My son fell whilst wearing these. The jack is broken/bent. There is very quiet sound from one ear bud, but when the mic button is pressed the volume increases but only if you hold the button down. the volume goes very quiet when you let the button go.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
