    I was wearing them and the wire got caught on something and immediately stopped playing . No noise coming from them at all .No success when plugged in alternative player . The last part of the cable cord seems damaged, that part of the cable now looks thinner and rugged than the rest of the cable.
    
    How much will it cost to repair something like this? do you replace the cable somehow? is it include in the repair cost? Thank you

They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
