  • Hi there,

    I have a pair of Bluedio headphones, but there are two strange problems I have with them.

    The first problem is that one of the earcups on the headphones is loose due to a pin somehow getting lost. I do not know what type of pin this is.

    The second problem is that the wire connecting the two ear cups seems to be loose because, at times, there is no sound coming out from one of the ear cups (my headphones have Bluetooth and when I turn Bluetooth on, sound only comes out of the right ear cup, but when I connect a wire, sound only comes out of the left ear cup.
