These headphones allow the ear pieces to rotate 180 degrees. There is a little stopper that prevents the headphone piece from rotating continuously as this would twist the wire holding the headphone and ruin the connection with the speaker. This safety piece broke on mine, which allowed the wire t twist and twist and now the attached speaker doesn’t work.I don’t want to order a new pair when the problem is so basic. Hopefully, this is something you can fix!
