It is Bose NC QC, which Is about 3 years old. The protective outer shield is broken a little, exposing the wire on one side of the charger unit. The other side of the charger, where the jack is connected to the smart phone, is also coming off. It is still in a very good working order. How much does it cost to repair and what the return period – after repair, is please?
The cables on both side need a replacement along with a tiny plastic cap converting the cable on either side of the charger.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
