Hi, the left ear phone of my QC i20 stopped working. Twisting the cable, I could locate the fault to the cable in teh area where it enters the microphone box. I (carefully) opened the microhone box – it look slike the damage is actually within the cable just before the white block. Fixing that is out of my skillset as too small. How much would you charge for a repair? Many thanks and best regards

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
