Hi, cable got caught on something and was pulled, the Right earphone has broken, you can see its become loose and you can kinda see inside it, and when i put it in my ear, i hear a low bass tone or a high pitched feedback noise: very loud and unpleasant, so its unuseable. The Left earbud is fine.
I wish to repair this if possible, the most important thing is that the Noise Cancelling is fully working as before on both ears. If the noise cancelling cant be fixed, i see no point in repairing.
Would you use Bose parts if need be for the repair?
Also if you could just give the earphones a good once over, see if all the parts are working fine, i recall recently having problems hearing voice calls and making calls when plugged into my iphone, not sure if that was a Bose issue, or iphone issue, Bose earphones always worked with iPhone for music though, it was just the phone calls hit and miss.

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
