I snagged the cable while wearing the and pulled them out of my ears, they parted the two half of the earbud outing on both sides, leaving wire and speakers exposed. They now will not go back together properly and the left earbud give frequent high pitched noise/feedback. Both sides need looking at wire fixing inside and sticking back together.
