I have an issue with my boss quiet comfort 15 headphones which i believe is a design fault. Theright ear cup does not give sound anymore, however, if I push the cup to my ear, the pressure that builds up makes it work again, but only when there is pressure applied to the earcup.
Please could you advise to remedy this fault.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
