I just got off a flight and when I got out of my seat my leg bent the jack while it was in the seat socket. I lost sound to the right earbud. The left earbud and microphone still work, so it looks like the bending of the jack (which I have straightened with my fingers) has impacted the audio feed to the left side. Clearly the jack needs to be replaced/fixed in order to restore sound.
