Bought just over a year ago, but without proof of purchase, meaning Bose can't really do anything. The noise cancelling element of the headphones has stopped working (the light on the side doesn't come on) which renders it completely useless. I have tried various different batteries, so did the Bose store, to no avail.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
