A friend sat on my beloved headphones, breaking the swivel hinge (I don't know if that's what it's called, it's the part between the headband and the headphones that allows you to twist them for better storage). The little piece that connects it to the headband is completely snapped in two, making wearing the headphones impossible, but they are still connected by the speaker wire and both sides still work.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
