I have broken 2 sets of Bose headphones in quick succession. The first has an issue with the jack, it seems slightly bent. The second is most likely also an issue with the jack, I can only hear in one ear and when I twist the jack in the headphone hole on my iPhone the sound comes and goes (again only with one ear). I would like to post both sets to you and have them repaired.

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
