Excellent service and very easy to use. I submitted details of the issue / damage to my headphones and was provided with an initial estimate for the repair. Instructions … read more on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
