I bought these earphones in June. I have hardly used them and when iv started to use them this month as I was on holiday and didn’t need them, they have stopped working. The sounds is crackly, distant, I need to push the wire into the phone jack for it to work. But now even that doesn’t work, I spent allot of money on them as I thought that they wouldn’t brake, but clearly they do brake.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
