Worked fine until 19/08/17 when stopped seeing Bluetooth devices. Beats website advised re set and firmware update. Reset done but didn't work. Tried to do firmware update but at step 2 of 3 it kept saying update interrupted and to connect Beats. They were never disconnected. Now left in what I think is installation mode of fuel gauge white lights flashing from left to right constantly until battery dies. Obviously very common problem as seen with online research. Can you give idea of if they can be repaired and cost please. Many thanks.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
