The Left Side of the Headphone is faint and cant be heard while the right side of the headphone is perfect. Feels like I'm listening to the left side with cotton wool in my ear. Please help as I can't live without these headphones and gone through my third pair already.
I have been to the Samsung service center, as stated on the use manual, however, they are not willing to help.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
