      • Sound is only playing out of one ear however by twidling the cable/wire (which in Frends headphones is string based) at the jack, noise occasionally comes out of both ears. The defective ear is the one with the audio remote control unit.

        I also have a pair of Frends ‘Ella’ earphones (in ear type as opposed to headphones above) with same fault.
