I have a pair of Grado SR80 headphones….they have been repaired once before due to a dodgy wire (in the main flex not inside the phones) and its happened again – the sound in one ear intermittently cutting out, and resolving itself if I twist the flex this way or that. All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
