Hi, I'm wanting a quote for the standard cable repair but is there an option for what kind of cable it would be replaced with (if replaced)?The current cable itself is too long (I only use it on a phone or mp3 player) and it tangle's very easy. I would prefer one that would plug in rather than being fully connected to the headphones. Not sure if you provide a like this. Thanks, Peter

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
