Whenever I insert the headphones into the laptop (it's a usb not a jack) the usb device is not recognised at all previously it did work without a cinch but unfortunately one time i nudged the cable especially where it was near the usb was inserted into the laptop and that's when my laptop started alerting me that it wasn't recognising the usb device at all. The mic originally didn't work in the first place however I just want to have it fixed so I can listen to music comfortably.
