    A few months ago the right cup stopped working (sound), if held in a certain position audio will sometimes play through completely fine but if it moves at all it will cut out. All the buttons work on the right cup also. Ive done all the resets etc etc that Jabra take you through and no fix. I believe there must be a faulty wire or sensor that's stopping the audio coming through. I've never dropped them, spilt water on them or otherwise had any issues.
