Sound does not come through from the one side of the headphones. I have alternated the cables (as they can unscrew/screw back) and the issue is not on the main cable of Klipsch X20i, rather on just on of the sub-cables cause if you fiddle it you can get a temporary connection

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
