Hello,
Few years ago, I've bought the Koss Porta Pro headphones when I was living in the Czech Republic. Now I'm in England and it looks like my cable gave out just inside the L-shaped jack(it still works if positioned right, otherwise I only get sound in one of the earphones).
Also, would it be possible to replace the current L-shaped jack(and supposedly the cloth covered cable too) for another one(since it is much more durable than the original rubber cable with the straight jack)?
What about the Koss Lifetime warranty? Would it be void by your repair?

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
