Hi there,
The micro USB port has become detached from the PCB and it (or a replacement port) needs soldering back on to the board.
I believe that this is the only issue with the headphones.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
