I have recently received the headphones after you repaired the golden joystick. It has all been fixed properly and I am happy with a repair, however there seems to be an issue with the battery as well this time around. No matter how long I charge it, battery does not last longer than few minutes. Could you please tell me is it worth to replace the battery(if possible) or maybe it is better simply buy a new headphones.
I only had it for over a year though.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
