After going out for a run the headphone kept cutting out so had to turn them off and on again to get them to reconnect thought it was low battery but after charging them when I got home I went to turn them on n and nothing is happening all I get is a purple light which is not mentioned in the user manual. Now they don’t work at all.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
