    Hi,

    I have a set of Zik headphones. They were working fine until I was prompted to update them. I contacted Parrot for support with the update. After the update the headphones stopped working. I can no longer connect them to Bluetooth and I cannot see the headphones when I connect them to my pc via the USB cable.

    Parrot don’t seem to be interested in helping me any further with them. They made a point of saying they are out of warranty and therefore it’s my issue.
