  • I am getting no sound from the headphones despite replacing the batteries with recommended replacement Philips ones (SBC HB550S). All the appropriate LEDs (on the charging station and the headphones) are indicating that the product is plugged in and charging, but the sound is barely audible, even on the highest setting.

    There is a very, very faint sound coming through, but not enough to operate effectively. Turning up the volumes on both the headphones and the product I am plugging into, simply causes the ‘hiss’ to be louder than the sound coming through.
