- My ROCCAT KAVE Gaming Headset contects to my PC via two seperate cables,one for Headphones(green jack) and one for the microphone(pink jack).The headphone jack somehow become stuck/lodged into the green input jack on my PC sound card the other day.Upon attempting to detach it from my PC I must have tugged on it too hard and the jack became detached from the cable.It does not seem to be a big issue however but I feel caonnecting a new jack onto the cable would be the best solution.It appears to be a three pronged jack and a four.The picture/photo I have added does not the damage,but this is the Headset I have and its the green jack that has became unattached .

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
