The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
  All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
