I am a pensioner so not very techy, as far as i know , red and green light comes on ok , i have sound , but cannot increase or decrease volume and I don,t think the noise cancelling is working but I am not sure on this last point. Probably 5/6 years old but only used 2/3 times a year when I go to USA to see grand kids.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
