Jack plug bent at insulator between the right channel contact ring and the common contact ring rendering it unuseable. Whilst attempting to gently straighten it, the right channel broke within the jack. The left channel functions correctly however the right channel does not. The jack plug is of the moulded right angle type with over moulded strain relief.
