Even after a full charge of about 3 hours, the Sony app was displaying – Case 100% Right 100% but the left one was displayed as Left –
It is as though there is no charge on the left bud.
Because one of the earbuds is not working, I am not able to set the device to pairing mode to connect to my mobile or TV.
I have tried to reset and initialize the earbuds and charge them again but still the same. Not sure if this is a battery issue or the charging case some thing else. Please provide quote to fix. Thanks.
