Work for Currys pcw and the store I work for shut down, colleagues were allowed the demo models. However the usb-c port seems sealed and a very long (-4m) headphone cable has been sealed into the input jack. If possible I would like to know if the usb-c port can be made usable or if the headphone cable could be removed and placed with a more standard sized 3.5mm cable.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
