The speaker from the right ear will play no music, it will only play from the left. I have checked all my headphones settings and iPhone settings to see if I have accidentally set it to the audio playing from the left ear only but it says it should be playing evenly from both ear, meaning it is broke.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
