When powering on the device a red light pulses. When plugging in the USB charge cable it slow pulses green to suggest it is charging.After charging for 24 hours i still notice that when attempting to power on the red light flashes. I've had some examples where if i connect to bluetooth while the USB cable is in and then remove the USB cable that i can use the device for bluetooth with my phone but if i power it off and back on again without the USB the light then again pulses red.
I cannot get it to power on properly in order to sync it with the USB dongle so there must be some internal power related issue.
