    i I've have a pair of Steelseries arctic pro & GameDac.
    The headset has been great and never failed me until……
    Used it on Sunday morning and was fine
    Went to use it Sunday evening and i had no sound. The Game Dac was not lit up so I unplugged the headset but then the Game Dac lit up.
    Since the I plugged in my old Astro mix amp and used the 3.5 jack in the Steelseries headset (instead of the micro USB the Game Dac uses) and I had sound but no lighting built into the headset.
    I've since gat a new replacement micro USB wire but that hasn't worked. I'm thinking maybe the port is broke but I'm just guessing.
