We've tried all the reset procedures listed on the website (including using the reset button accessed by a hole under the ear cushion – definitely felt the "spring-click" of the button being activated). The LED is not activated when the charger cable is inserted and the console shows the battery level is almost depleted. We have no proof of purchase so the supplier refuses to get involved and can't give any UK contact details for the manufacturer. Do you think you'll be able to help? Thanks.
