Sound is crackling when cable is moving near the jack,is it possible to replace the who cable with a 3.5mm jack,it has a big jack on and its a heavy coiled cable which I dont like.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
