I have two pairs of RHA T20’s and the earbuds on the left side are not working unless I wiggle them around, that’s on the Bluetooth and wired versions on both sets. I have swapped the earbuds around but still the same issue. I’ll e them to be honest and would like them repaired if possiblePaul Rawling

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -

The requested repair was also carried out efficiently, and I am very pleased with the result. I have dropped one star in my review because the repair included replacing a red/green LED, and the red LED is so bright that the surrounding fabric is also illuminated, whereas the green LED is quite dim and can only be seen from certain angles. I guess that EP found it difficult to procure the original LED component which is undoubtedly a B&W special.
