      • I have two pairs of RHA T20’s and the earbuds on the left side are not working unless I wiggle them around, that’s on the Bluetooth and wired versions on both sets. I have swapped the earbuds around but still the same issue. I’ll e them to be honest and would like them repaired if possible

      On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new.

They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
      All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
