      • Headphones are functioning ok, however, I have a modification request. My Ultrasone Edition 9 headphones have a 6.35mm jack, connected to a portable amp I use a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adaptor. Length of cable is not ideal when travelling. So, I’d like it shortened to about 1.5 metres and terminated with a 3.5mm plug. Then the remaining cable, with the existing 6.35mm termination fitted with a 3.5mm female plug so I can use them at home as well with the longer length. If 3.5mm jack replacement is not possible then shortened and terminated with 6.35mm jack and 6.35mm female on remaining cable. Thanks.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP.
