No sound coming out of the left headphone. Had a look inside and couldn't see any loose wires. When I put them back together they worked again for about a minute before i lost sound out of the left headphone again so I assume there's a loose wire or something slightly out of place in them.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
