    Amp works perfectly however the sound randomly drops out for a split second on all HDMI sources. Eg Sky Q Box, Apple TV. Only seems to be on HDMI inputs. So for example on Sky Q display will show Dolby Digital and then display will flick / drop out showing 3/2.1 EX-OFF. Does this often and all the time but can be random sometimes with long pauses and at other times can go a long time without experiencing it. Very random but very annoying. Tried a factory reset on Arcam’s advice but still no good. Firmware is up to date. No picture to show as no visible damage. Could video it if you want to see an example ?
