- I have a FMJ 400 AVR that appears to have stopped working. For a week before finally conking out it stopped making sound/powering the speakers intermittently. I bought it in 2011 and I am not sure whether I should bin it of fix it. Let me know my options please. Its in a large and airy cabinet but I do wonder if it overheated. would be strange though as in that cabinet for past 4 years. It does turn on still but the sound is poor quality and garbled to a degree.
