The unit was powered up with the wrong power supply and it no longer charges or works from a fully charged battery,
the circuit board that controls the power is Archos power V1.4 103493V1.4. i have 2 that need fixing.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
