      • Basically, I have a Beomaster 5500 system, the goods points are the remote control unit is working, the speakers work, all the separates light up, the radio works. the not so good points – the turntable lights up and you can switch from 33 to 45 but the turntable does not rotate, the tape deck isn't extending out far enough from the unit to allow you to place a tape in the deck (should the deck extend automatically (by pressing a button) without having to pull the deck out?), the CD player like the tape deck, is not extending far enough out from the unit to allow you to place a CD in the CD bed, it only extends halfway out when you press the open button.
        Was wondering by my description given above, might be possible to restore the unit to good working order and if so, only as a guide could you give me a ball park figure to fix the system?
