    I recently bought a used B&O Beolit 15 speaker and I am currently experiencing some issues with it.

    When I received the speaker the battery percentage was around 70%. I turned on the speaker and used it for several hours until the battery dropped to 10%. I charged it to full and installed the most recent update. The next morning, I continued to use the speaker on battery power until it dropped to 10%, I then connected the speaker to power while playing music, however, instead of charging the battery, it remained at 10%. So I powered off the device and left it to charge. After several hours on charge it remained at 10% capacity. After leaving the speaker on charge overnight the charge dropped to 0% and the device stopped powering on at all and the charging light turned off.

    Currently, the speaker is unresponsive. Connecting the charger does not illuminate the indicator light, I've even tried multiple outlets. I've tried the button combinations to reset the device but to no luck.
